Who is responsible

The controller for the processing of personal data on this website is Infrasonic GmbH, Poststrasse 45, 2504 Biel/Bienne, Switzerland. You can send questions about data protection to info (at) infrasonic (dot) ch at any time.

Visiting the website (server log files)

When you open the website, the server of our hosting provider (Green Datacenter AG / green.ch AG, Lupfig, Switzerland) automatically records technical data, for example your IP address, date and time, the page requested, and your browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and fix errors. We do not use this data to identify you personally. Our hosting provider operates its servers and data centres exclusively at geo-redundant sites in Switzerland. Server logs are kept there for 30 days and then deleted automatically.

Contact form and email

If you use the contact form or write to us, we process your details (name, email address, phone number, event date and message) as well as the language of the form in order to answer your enquiry and plan your project. Name, email address and message are required; phone number and date are optional. The message is sent to us by email through our hosting provider's server. We do not pass your details on for advertising and delete them once we no longer need them to handle your enquiry or to meet legal retention duties.

Fonts

The fonts used on this website are stored on our own server. Loading them does not send any data to Google or other third parties.

Cookies and analytics

This website itself does not use cookies or any analytics or tracking tools. If you add equipment to your request on the Equipment page, your browser temporarily remembers the selection (session storage) so it appears in the contact form. The selection stays on your device, is only sent to us when you submit the form, and disappears when you close the tab.

Links to partners and social networks

The icons for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube, as well as the references to partners, clients and the map (Google Maps), are plain links. Only when you click one do you leave our website, and the provider concerned processes data under its own privacy policy. The logos of our references are stored on our own server; displaying them does not send any data to Instagram.

Sharing with third parties

We only share personal data with service providers we need to run the website and email, in particular our hosting provider, and only as far as necessary.

Security

The website is transmitted in encrypted form (HTTPS). We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data. We cannot, however, guarantee fully secure transmission by email.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law (the Swiss Data Protection Act and, where applicable, the GDPR) you have the right to access, correct, delete and restrict the processing of your data, to data portability, and to object. Write to us at info (at) infrasonic (dot) ch; to protect your data we may ask you to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, edoeb.admin.ch).
